I am based in London, Ontario and I am available for travel in Canada and worldwide!

Any location chosen or requested outside of London, ON will be subject to a travel fee. Travel fees are calculated in accordance with the prevailing CRA Business Travel Rate at the time of travel.

For weddings or elopements requiring air travel, no travel fee or additional photographer rate will be applied. The client is only responsible for the cost of flights, accommodations, and any necessary transportation associated with the photographer’s attendance.

Deposit:

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your session.

Consultation:

All sessions and events offer a free introductory over-the-phone or video call consultation. Planning calls are also included in all lifestyle sessions, wedding/elopement packages, and event photography.

Studio Rate:

Studio rates are not included in lifestyle session prices and may vary from studio to studio. Studio rentals are included in some wedding packages.

I’m happy to help guide you with outfit choices, colours, and styling ideas to ensure your outfits match the vision and feel of your session. I recommend choosing pieces that make you feel confident, comfortable, and reflect your personality. Neutral tones, textures, layers, and movement-friendly outfits tend to photograph beautifully.

For outdoor sessions, a private changing tent may be available for outfit changes. Please ensure you select a package that allows enough time for the number of outfits you would like to include.

Expedited Delivery

Expedited delivery allows you to receive your gallery sooner, so you can start reliving and sharing your images without the usual wait. It’s a great option for anyone who’s excited to see their photos and enjoy them while the memories are still fresh.

Extra Hours

Adding extra time creates a more relaxed pace for your session or event. It gives us the freedom to explore more ideas, capture additional moments, and allow everything to unfold naturally without feeling rushed.

Second Photographer

A second photographer brings another perspective to your gallery. While one photographer focuses on the key moments, the other captures candid interactions, details, and different angles that add even more depth to the final story.

Photo Album

A photo album turns your images into something you can hold onto for years to come. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully printed, it allows your photos to be experienced in a more meaningful and lasting way.

Studio Rental

A studio rental offers a private, comfortable setting with beautiful natural or controlled lighting. It creates a clean, elevated environment that allows the focus to remain on you and the overall feeling of the session.

Film

Film photography adds a timeless, nostalgic touch to your gallery. It also creates a more intentional experience, encouraging you to slow down and be fully present in each moment. The result is a collection of images with natural texture, rich tones, and beautifully organic character that feels authentic, emotional, and uniquely your own.

Props

Minimal props are included in all portrait sessions! Props can gently enhance the atmosphere of a session and add a touch of personality to your images. When chosen thoughtfully, they help create a more immersive experience while still keeping the focus on you.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time and come prepared with anything you may need. *outfits, props, towels, etc.

If shooting in multiple outfits, please arrive wearing the first outfit you wish to wear. I provide a change tent that is portable to any location.

If you do not arrive on time, you are required to pay the full remaining balance for your session. Extending the session to make up for lost time will require payment at prevailing hourly rate.

If you are beyond 15 minutes late, I will assume you are not coming and your session will be cancelled, unless it is communicated before your set arrival time.

Cancellations or reschedules made under 72 hours will be subject to a cancelation fee at prevailing rates.

If you cancel your session, an additional non-refundable retainer is required to book another session. Your original retainer amount may be subject to change.

If you need to reschedule, I offer 1 complimentary reschedule - with the exception of personal emergencies.

Should you need to reschedule again, an additional non-refundable retainer will be required to secure your session date.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location.

It is your responsibility to book a session on a date you and any participants will 100% be available.

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 15 business days for Portrait Sessions and up to 40 business days for Weddings, Elopements, & Events (sometimes more or less depending on the season I photograph your session).

You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favourites, and also order prints.
